Return and Refund Policy

Customers have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Firearms: Subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Ammunition: Non-returnable for safety and regulatory reasons.

Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

• Unworn and unused.
• Unfired for firearms, with no signs of use or wear.
• In original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.
• No damage or alterations not caused by BerCota Tactical.

Items that do not meet these criteria, or are returned more than 30 days after delivery, will not be eligible for return.

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

• The item is defective or damaged.
• The incorrect product was sent.
• The item does not match the description on our website.

Firearms must be unfired and in the original condition to qualify for a return. Fired or used firearms cannot be returned.

Ammunition cannot be returned under any circumstances due to safety and legal considerations.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us:
   • Email: info@bercota.com with "Returns" as the subject line.
   • Phone: 906-295-8145.

1. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Pack your return securely in the original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package.
4. Ship your return to:
   • BerCota Tactical, LLC
   • N15464 Deer Ridge Rd.
   • Wilson, MI 49896
   • Attn: Returns Department

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the item was received in a damaged or defective state or the wrong product was sent.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

• Firearms: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Ammunition: Refunds are not applicable as ammunition cannot be returned.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, except in cases where BerCota Tactical is at fault.

For all firearm returns, the following additional conditions apply:

• Firearms must be returned to an FFL (Federal Firearms License) holder. The return must be coordinated with an FFL dealer for proper handling and transfer.
• Customers must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the return and transfer of firearms.
• The return must include all original paperwork, including the background check approval if applicable.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Ammunition: Due to safety and regulatory restrictions.
• Personalized or customized items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
• Opened items that are consumable or perishable.

• Clearance and Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
• Gift Cards: Cannot be returned or refunded.
